Let Martin Maintenance help you design a deck that is truly yours. At your first meeting with us, you will find that we work with your needs and desires. Together, we create your conceptual design at your kitchen table. Through our leading questions, templates, expertise and with your answers, together, we will determine the proper size that will make sure your deck is comfortable, functional and will meet your needs.
Continuing with our questioning, we will determine the shape, levels and the features that will make your deck into your personal “outdoor living area”. After completing a conceptual plan, we will give you an estimate for the construction that we have drawn based on the quality of work you have seen in our portfolio. Once we give you an estimate, we can begin to adjust the design up or down to make sure we fall in your investment range. We will briefly discuss the available decking and railing materials but the choices have gotten huge over the past ten years that we generally save that discussion for the next meeting.
