The owners are Doug Palmer and Kerry Carter.
Doug has been involved in the construction industry for 45 years, starting in the cabinet business, lumber and millwork sales then building houses. He has built over 300 houses.
Kerry Carter has been in industry for 45 years as well. Starting out as a framer, then developer and home builder. Kerry has built over 1500 houses.
Doug and Kerry are both Licensed Florida Building Contractors.
